The business emerged from the fusion of Delphine Huguet’s creativity, and Simon-Nicolas Fillion’s practical sense.

Delphine Huguet, pioneer in the culinary design field, and recipient of numerous prizes (Core Design Award, awards from the Institut français, Mayor of Paris, etc.), assumes the role of Artistic Director of Ui. She develops the creative and taste-oriented aspects of projects.

Simon-Nicolas Fillion has acquired many years of experience at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec. As Logistics and Event Coordination Manager, he applies his knowledge and skills, thereby sharing his expertise in the hotel and restaurant industries.

Surrounded by a solid network of chefs, caterers and artisans, Ui offers creative events, edible products, sensorial communications, and unparalleled workshops. Ui! Ui! Ui!
